Arbitration
If all other attempts to resolve a grievance
fail, arbitration offers a simple, economical and practical
procedure, whereby a business and its customer may submit their
dispute to an impartial Arbitration Board selected from a list of
volunteers representing both the businesses and the consumer. This
Board hears both sides of the dispute and renders a decision. This
is a service of the BBC and no remuneration is involved.
