The Better Business Council (BBC) is a division of
the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce, formed to service the
needs of the consumers and businesses of the Cayman Islands.
 Purpose of the BBC
- To open the lines of
communication between the business community and the consumers
of the Cayman Islands.
- To protect participating
businesses against invalid complaints.
- To protect the public against
fraudulent or unfair business practices.
- To promote and protect
participating businesses.
- To cooperate with law
enforcement agencies concerning fraudulent, misleading or
deceptive business practices or schemes.
- To provide a telephone inquiry
service to evaluate the reliability of participating businesses.
- To provide business and consumer
educational services and brochures.
