Fact One – CONFIDENTIALITY
This programme is confidential. When you use the Employee
Assistance Programme, no one at work will know you are using the
service unless you tell them. Information is released only with
your signed consent.
Fact Two – FREE SERVICES FOR EMPLOYEES
Initial evaluation and counselling sessions are free to you as a
member company employee and to your family.
Fact Three –SERVICES INCLUDE:
Assessment – The EAP Coordinator helps you to identify the
major issues you are dealing with and to develop a plan of action.
Short-Term Counselling – This can help you to develop
insight into your problems.
Referral – You are directed to the best available community
resources when needed. (These services would be at your expense).
Fact Four – ENTERING THE PROGRAMME
Employees may enter the programme on a voluntary basis or a
manager may refer an employee.
Fact Five – QUALIFIED ASSISTANCE
The counselling staff is professional and qualified to assist you
with your problems.
