The Chamber provides several different development and outreach programmes for businesses, their employees and the community.

Better Business Council was created to help open the lines of communication between the business community and the consumers of the Cayman Islands. The BBC encourages consumers to investigate companies before investing your hard earned money.

Career Awareness Visits are conducted each year with the participation of hundreds of local high school students in order to raise their awareness of local career opportunities within Chamber member organisations.

Cayman Crime Stoppers is an important crime prevention and detection initiative, which anonymously rewards individuals for reporting suspected criminals activity. Donations are accepted by mailing / dropping off a check or cash.

Discount Card Programme offers substantial discounts to Chamber members and their staff at more the 140 local and overseas businesses.

Environmental Initiatives include important programmes such as our Earth Day Roadside and Beach Clean-Up, our Envrironmental Pledge and our Garbage Bin sponsorship programme.

Employee Assistance Programme is a non-profit organisation providing consultation and counselling for professional and personal issues to enrolled businesses, their employees and their families.

Junior Achievement is a youth development programme, which provides a foundation experience and mentoring from business leaders for aspiring entrepreneurs and future Chamber members.

Leadership Cayman was launched in 2009. The Leadership programme will develop and enhance Caymanian leadership so that men and women can assume active roles in meeting economic, political and social needs of the community.

Mentoring Cayman is a joint initiative between the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Education, Training & Employment to assist high school students to become the next generation of business leaders.

Professional Development & Training Centre offers special reduced rates to Chamber members. Offer your staff the opportunity to continue their education while saving money and improving your business.
