The Salary Survey is now available. The survey
provides Chamber member employers with reliable and up-to-date
compensation levels for a wide range of jobs within the private
sector.
The Salary and Benefits Survey has evolved over
the years into a critical document for human resource
professionals in Cayman. The survey enables them to compare
compensation levels industry wide. Similar surveys are used around
the world to help both employers and employees understand how
compensation levels in Cayman compare on an international basis.”
The last survey included a review of 90 benchmark
positions in over 100 companies throughout the Islands. For the
2002 survey, the Chamber has received salary and compensation data
from approximately 95 Chamber member companies.
Companies interested in purchasing the survey
can contact the Chamber office at 949-8090, the cost of a survey
is CI$50.00.
Companies that submitted data for the 2002 Salary
and Benefits Survey will receive a copy free of charge.
