Mr. Waddell has nearly 20 years of experience in training, team building and organizational development. He was a principle partner with Dynamic Resource Development, Inc. whose international client base included fortune 100 corporations such as ATT, Chevron USA and Chevron CCR, Colgate, General Motors Canada and many others. Since establishing his base of operation in the Cayman Islands Mr. Waddell has worked with organizations such as Admiral Administration, British Caymanian Insurance, Cable and Wireless, Coutts Cayman and Coutts Jersey, Julius Baer Bank, and many CI Government departments. Beyond training and Team building, Mr Waddell has developed customized software systems including Performance Path® a performance management system for business, 360 degree feedback, and customer service surveys. In addition Mr. Waddell has incorporated avatar and text-to-speech technologies to animate psychological assessments, customer service surveys and 360 degree feedback systems. Mr. Waddell holds a BA in psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling. Post graduate work includes attaining Advisor Specialist with IIP, Deming Quality Management, Human Element Leader/Trainer, Situational Leadership and DISC assessment among many other training certifications. Mr. Waddell donates may hours of his time each year to social organizations, such as, Junior Achievement, the Rotaract Club, The Chamber's Mentoring Program and the National Drug Council.

Catherine Tyson, MSW is a trained counselor and manager for the Cayman Islands Government in the area of Human Services. Prior to returning to Grand Cayman, Ms. Tyson taught middle school with the Dade County Public School system for many years. While abroad, Ms. Tyson conducted various self development seminars and workshops as well as for the CI Govt. She periodically teaches college level courses for ITLD and ICCI as an adjunct professor in the areas of Sociology and various counseling related courses in the Bachelor's and Masters programs. Her expertise is in the area of self development and interests include grooming women for the professional world on different levels. Ms. Tyson has a Psychology degree from Miami Dade Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Social Work degree from Barry University. |
Lois is a Human Resources Professional, with 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources and Training & Development. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, and with small, medium and large businesses in a number of industries including health services, retail, finance, telecommunications, and aviation. Lois has developed expertise in a variety of HR functions and has Managed the HR and Training functions for companies locally, and in other jurisdictions such as the Caribbean and the United States. Lois has also worked closely with her counterparts in Europe on HR related matters and initiatives. Through the years Lois has served on a number of task forces for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education including providing input on Employee related Legislations and Compensation. She has served on the Labour Appeals tribunal, the Business Staffing Plan Board and the Graduate Advisory Board for the International College of the Cayman Islands. Lois holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Human Resources and is a Founding Member and the first President of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals. Mr. Gregg Anderson is the founder and Managing Director of VisionQuest Management Services Ltd, an independent management consulting entity. He has a diverse 32-year career with specialties in management consulting, business strategy, operations, financial & quantitative analysis, operational risk management and compliance, restructuring, startups, sales & marketing, information, communications, and technology. Gregg is actively engaged in charitable activities and has been a member and a Director of Rotary Central, Grand Cayman for many years. Gregg is the current President of the Grand Cayman Toastmasters Club. As a Management Consultant professional, Mr. Anderson has provided expertise to both local and international enterprises and public sector entities. Gregg holds a Masters in Business Administration M.B.A., from Queens University, Kingston, ON. Canada, and his undergraduate honours degree is in Telecommunication Systems Management and Design from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. Gregg is Cayman’s first Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC), a member of the IEEE & IET, a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), and also a member of the American Writers and Artists Institute (AWAI). Gregg currently resides in the Cayman Islands, and enjoys playing golf, squash, volleyball, fishing, reading, and travelling.
Julie McLaughlin is a professional dispute mediator and facilitator for Solutions Ltd. Julie has been a certified mediator since 1995 and is a qualified mediator for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. She has over 10 years experience as a mediator of workplace disputes, and she has proven success in resolving workplace tensions that arise from claims of harassment, discrimination, deteriorating performance, wrongful termination, and other day-to-day workplace grievances. Over the past 14 years, Julie has practiced Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Cayman Islands, South Africa, Central America, the UK and the United States. Alexander von Reumont Alexander von Reumont holds a Master Degree of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York, a BA (Hons) in Film and Drama from WITS University in Johannesburg and a Diploma in Business Management. For 10 years he worked on stage, in TV and film. From 1985 - 93 he lectured Method Acting at the Universities of Johannesburg and Capetown. Since 1995 he is a consultant, trainer and coach in the domain of Public Speaking and Personal Development. He lectures in his native country Germany, conducts seminars in companies and organisations all over Europe and gives presen-tations on conferences in Canada & USA. Graham Wood Graham Wood is an independent HR Consultant with Trans4M. Employment relations, talent management, organization development, staff and management development, performance management, recruitment and selection, reward strategy have all featured in Graham’s activities to date. He has lectured in HR Management and Health Service Management in the UK and whilst in Cayman has been responsible for many development programmes and education courses for the public and private sectors including the MSc HRM (University of Portsmouth), MSC Public Policy and Management (University of London), Executive MBA (University of Miami), supervisory management, health management and the very popular Certificate in HR Practice. Graham was a founding Director of the Employee Assistance Programme, he is a Rotarian, a member of the CI Society of HR professionals and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Ebanks, MBA A 1986 graduate of the School of Business Administration of the University of Miami, Mr. Ebanks holds a BBA degree in International Finance & Marketing, with a minor in Economics. He also attained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee, Executive Master’s programme in 2002. He is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) and SHRM “Business of Human Resources” executive certification series, as well as a participant in the Disney’s Human Resource Management certificate programme. Mr. Ebanks also holds a Certificate in Global Remuneration Administration from the World @ Work Professional Society, and has also participated in the Ivy Leadership Programme, through the University of Western Ontario. He has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, public and private sector administration, local industry and commerce, labour administration, & strategic Human Resources management. He has served in various capacities in both the private and public sectors, where he maintains extensive and high-level contacts. He is also a member of the American Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Employment Management Association, and the Global HR Forum. Locally he is the Past President and current Treasurer of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals, and has been actively monitoring, advocating, and commenting on relevant Human Resource regulations and practices. From July 2005 until August 2009 he was the Deputy Chairman of the Business Staffing Plan Board, and also served until December 2008 as the Deputy Chairman of the Cayman Turtle Farm Ltd.
