Annual Golf Classic
Everyone loves the Golf Classic. It’s the Chamber’s most popular annual networking event while doubling as a big fundraiser for local charities. This fun-filled afternoon is a great way to network and build teams and a sense of camaraderie while battling it out for the top spot. Longest drive and closest-to-the-pin challenges keep all players on their toes, with plenty of prizes in the many different categories, while scoring a hole-in-one could see lucky players walk away with a brand-new car or an all-expenses-paid getaway. Make sure you don’t miss the Golf Classic!

Annual General Meeting and Chamber Champions Award presentations
Once a year, the Chamber of Commerce likes to celebrate our achievements and successes with an Annual General Meeting (AGM). While we set aside time to conduct Chamber business and elect new Council members, we also recognize outstanding members including our Chamber Champions who show their continued commitment to supporting our programmes. The AGM often features keynote addresses from senior government officials such as the Premier and Governor, as well as from incoming and outgoing Chamber Presidents. Each AGM ends with an informal social event, offering members more opportunities to network with each other.
