The Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Education host the Golden Apple Awards each year to honour the teachers in our community. The event shows appreciation for the outstanding efforts of our educators and gives them the recognition and support they deserve. This event offers the opportunity for local business leaders to enjoy a relaxed and informal lunch and engage in frank conversation on policy, procedure and revenue measures with members of the Legislative Assembly.
