What’s the difference between a Manager and a Leader? Steve Jobs once said: “Management is about persuading people to do things they don’t want to do, while leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could.”
As a manager you are responsible for organizing, planning, directing and controlling the work of your employees. However, people won’t automatically be productive, and develop their abilities just because you say so. They need to be led as well.
This workshop is a tool for your leadership development. It is designed to help you create and accomplish your personal best, and to help you lead others to get extraordinary things done. We will work to improve your approach to dealing with staff by identifying your primary leadership style and developing more flexibility to use other leadership styles dependent on the kind of people being led, the objectives to be achieved, and the situation in which leadership is being given.
