Stars over Seven Mile Beach

Join the Cayman Islands Astronomical Society for an evening of stargazing at Seven Mile Public Beach from 7pm on the grassy area near the playground.
The thin crescent Moon and Mars will be on show as well as the Pleiades cluster and the Orion constellation with it’s interesting stars and nebula.
As a special treat, we should see the Hubble Space Telescope cross the skies at 7:40pm – so don’t be late!
As always, all are welcome and the event is totally free!
The event will be cancelled if there is more than 50% cloud cover.
Check their Facebook page for the latest updates.

The event is finished.
