Following a Council and Staff retreat in February 2016, the Council formally approved the Chamber of Commerce's Strategic Plan in April that will be implemented over the next three years from 2016-2018. A revised mission and a new vision were introduced with a focus on three specific areas: Business, Community, and Government. The Strategic Plan aims to boost our economic climate and improve and enhance the quality of life in the community.
